How can I get directions to a hotel?

How can I find out if a hotel offers airport transportation?

We have four categories of rooms available at our hotel: Mauryan Chamber, Club, Club Premiere & Suite. For Club Premiere and suite rooms, we offer complimentary Airport Transportation. For the other room categories, Airport Transportation can be arranged through our travel desk on a chargeable basis. Kindly inform us of your travel requirements during the reservation process.

Hotel Policies

Does the hotel allow pets?

Unfortunately we do not.

Does hotel allow liquor sale and consumption?

With effect from April 1st 2016, Government of Bihar has banned the sale and consumption of liquor (alcohol) in Bihar. Carrying of liquor from outside to the Hotel premises is also not allowed and will be subject to declaration to local authorities resulting in heavy penalties.

Do children get to stay free at Hotel?

For children Up to the age of 6 years, there are no additional charges on the stay. However, for children above 6 years, the room charges apply.

Does Hotel allow triple occupancy in rooms?

Yes, however there will be an extra bed charge at INR 2000 + GST (Government Taxes)

What happens if I left an item at a hotel?

If the left item is found by our team, it is deposited in the lost & found department and the same is intimated to you through call or e-mail.

Rates

What percentage of GST is applicable on room / banquet services / restaurant dining / Audio Visual requirements?

The GST applicable on rooms w.e.f. 1st August 2017 is at 28% for rooms, 18% for banquet services, 18% for restaurant & dining & 18% on availing Audio/ Visual requirements.

Does hotel provide car services?

Yes, the same is available on chargeable basis with 5% GST

Do I have to pay any service charges?

We have a policy of levying 2% service charge on rooms/ banquets/ audio visual requirements & car services. However, after the commencement of GST, the payment of service charges is purely left at guest’s discretion.

How do I book my company's negotiated rate?

If your company has entered into a business contract with the Hotel, your room / banquet tariff is entered in our billing system which then automatically reflects at the time of your booking.

How do I get and use a credit authorization for BTC?

We have specific formats for the same, which are required to be filled up to avail the BTC. This is purely Hotel’s discretion which company is to be allowed to avail BTC.

What special packages are available?

They are as under:

  • Last Minute Discount - Book within 02 days of arrival and get 4% off on room rates
  • Early Bird Offer - Book 07 days prior to arrival and get 7% off on room rates
  • Long Stay Offer - Book for 7 Days and get 10 % off on room rates

How will rates in different currencies be compared?

Major currency rates, vis-à-vis INR, used across the world viz; US Dollar/ Pound/ Euro/ Yan are displayed at our Lobby area. The same is updated on daily basis.

How do I book a reservation?

What is the cancellation policy?

Please inform us 48-hours in advance to cancel your booking else one day retention charge is applicable.

How can I change/modify my reservation?

Please inform us 48-hours before your said arrival for any modifications in your booking. Confirmation of room as per new requirements will be subject to availability.

How can I confirm that my reservation has been made?

The Reservation details will be mailed to you instantly which will show the following:
Room type, Rate, Inclusions, Check-in & Check-out dates, Payment Mode & Confirmation Number

How do I request an early check-in or late check-out?

Please e-mail your early check-in / late check-out requirements to room reservations at [email protected], however, requests will be subject to availability of the room on the concerned dates.

Does your Hotel provide facilities for differently abled?

Yes, we have the required facilities.

Internet

Is wi-fi available?

We provide 24-hours unlimited usage of wi-fi in the rooms, banquets & other hotel premises. Upon check-in, your Room Number becomes the username & the Registration Number becomes the password for internet access. Two connections can be availed using a single user ID.

All the popular browsers like Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox & Safari work well.

How can I find out if a hotel offers high-speed Internet access?

We provide with our compliments a 4-mbps-bandwidth Internet connection. In case a higher speed connection is required it can be arranged on a chargeable basis.

Dining

Does hotel have a 24-hour coffee shop?

As we have no flights landing in Patna after 9:00 PM, typically no guests come to dine with us in the coffee shop in late hours. Our coffee shop hence, operates from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM.

What cuisine is available at your restaurant?

We have multi-cuisines available at our restaurants like Indian, Asian, European and Mexican

How do I know about any event / festival at your Hotel?

How many Banquet halls does Hotel have?

There are currently seven banquet halls at the hotel: Durbar 1, Durbar 2, Nalanda, Chanakya, Lumbini, Kautilya & Ashoka.

What is the minimum number of PAX required for doing a conference/ event?

Eighteen is the minimum number guests required for doing a conference/ event.

What are the dimensions of banquets?
